When they learned that my mom was sick and had to go to a hospital in San Jose, they processed our refund without any problems. Everywhere we went, the staff exceeded our expectations. The rooftop even provided room service for us, and one staff member went out of their way to bring a special knife to cut open our coconut. 「This hotel is very peaceful. The staff were all very friendly and attentive to our needs. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was delicious especially the coffee. We felt secured in knowing there was a coded gate to be able to enter the hotel. There weren’t may people staying at the hotel so we had the whole pool with the stunning Mountain View to ourselves.
