The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were very comfy and clean. There was so much to see and so much relaxing to do here that you needn't go off site. Watching all the birds at the feeders was my favorite thing to do here. There was so much nature all around. PuraVida!

Its a very beautiful and cozy resort with lots of animals and birds. The hot springs are picturesque. Our villa was spacious and cozy. The staff is very nice, friendly, and very attentive. We had all the dinners at the resort, food was delicious and new items every day. Drinks and food are priced reasonably.

The property itself was in excellent condition. The plants, various pools, view of Arenal Volcano and the location from town we're all ideal. The only thing we would suggest is to have more variety for breakfast. Felt a bit simple. Other than that it was a lovely visit.

It's a pretty interesting property 1 large geothermal pool and 2 small ones. The grounds are kept very clean, I would say it's pristine compared to La Fortuna and they have their own farm that supplies milk, eggs and vegetables.

Hotel El Silencio is wonderful! I have stayed here 2x when visiting Costa Rica. The staff is so nice and accommodating. The property is so serene and the animals at their farm are so much fun to check out. I recommend getting up early to go help with the farm animals, it's a fun experience. The food was delicious. The hot springs, pools and thermal spas are scattered throughout the property. This place offers a beautiful setting to disconnect and take in the surrounding nature. With amazing views of Arenal Volcano, it's a must stay.

This hotel is a little gem. The staff is so kind, and welcoming! The rooms are spacious and clean. My kids were able to milk a cow, play in multiple hot springs, and enjoy a free breakfast that they loved. The grounds are so well kept, and the views of the volcano are amazing.

Great quiet retreat

We really enjoyed the grounds and hot springs. Everything was very walkable and the farm was a nice treat. Breakfast was OK but or dinner was very good.

I loved my stay! It’s just as the description. Staff were very friendly and tentative. The food was amazing and they treat wildlife with care. The hot springs were therapeutic. The entire hotel is kept clean at all times. I would recommend this villa especially if it’s your first time traveling to Costa Rica.
