Where to stay in La Fortuna

You can find this shot along the main road from La Fortuna as it goes past Arenal Volcano on your way to the lake. We got there just in time for the last bit of light. #bvs100k

We had a great time Ecoglide Arenal. There were lots of lines and some of the longest we had been on. Got to see lots of the area. We also went to TermoArenal and these hot spring were great and they were not crowded like some of the bigger ones

Very friendly people. Enjoyed a Spanish Catholic mass downtown. Nice downtown park.

driving in this area is very scary & dangerous, but the rainforest is beautiful; was just a little disappointed because I came for the volcano, but you can't really get close to it, so if you're like me, & you just want to see a volcano, go elsewhere
