"Amazing place I would go again "

"We loved the staff especially Dehbar. The food was spectacular! The pools were ok, not all of them were working. We had an issue with our sliding glass door not locking. We also had an issue with reservations. The person we were speaking with was unreasonable and unaccommodating. We were overcharged double and not refunded. "

"We’ve stayed numerous times. It wasn’t as good on this trip. Staff isn’t as nice as usual and buildings weren’t kept up the same. Breakfast wasn’t the same as it used to be. I think it is just staffing issues. Property is still beautiful and pizza was good."

"The pools and the area: amazing! the view from our room was breathtaking and unforgetable. I loved hight ceilings. Although, I was dissapointed by the hair dryer as it was really old and not a strong one. It was like somthing you would expect to see at a very cheap hotel. Also, the have a nice tradition of putting chocolate on the pillow before the bedtime, but they only put it 1 time out of our 3 nights. It is fine with me, it just the kids heard it and then they were a bit dissapointed. Also, they charged our aacount for extra 7$, which is nothing, but just weird as we didnt purchase or took anything from the bar. Overall it is good experience and the stuff was really good and helpful; at the front dest and at their sports/adventure area; very beautiful area. "
