「I loved my stay! It’s just as the description. Staff were very friendly and tentative. The food was amazing and they treat wildlife with care. The hot springs were therapeutic. The entire hotel is kept clean at all times. I would recommend this villa especially if it’s your first time traveling to Costa Rica. 」

「非常棒的酒店，环境一流、服务一流，尤其是餐厅的饭非常好吃。我们之前在La Fortuna另一家非常高档的酒店呆了几天，但是饭不怎么好，没法与这里比。建议去亚洲餐厅试一下，我们喜欢Wok，但注意他的炒米饭油太大，我们第二顿要求少放油结果很好。早上免费瑜伽也很好。住在这里也有温泉的tour，好像比直接住温泉酒店便宜。服务员都是帅哥靓妹。」

「I really enjoyed the fact that it was in the middle of the jungle, the breakfast was top tier everyday. I enjoyed the hot springs they were really nice, and the rooftop pool overlooking the volcano was the cherry on top. 」

「The staff and the cleaning were impeccable. The breakfast was amazing that was included with the stay and while I didn't use the VIP credit it didn't really cover one service so it just didn't seem as worth it to me. It was still a wonderful stay. The hot springs were not as hot as I would expect but it's a natural temperature so it was nice just having the bar located near the pool.」

「OMG! We just loved Chongos Place! The cabins are so cute and beautiful, clean with all necessities. The porch with the hammock was just our favorite place. The plants right outside the porch invite these beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies that we got to observe up close! And the pool was amazing, we spend hours in it each day. Great if you have kids (my daughter never wanted to leave the pool!) And to top it all... the view of the Arenal is breathtaking. Check in/ check outs were...
