「The property itself was amazing the food also was amazing. The Spa was superb. Rooms were clean daily if requested. Staff was gracious and friendly. I will definitely recommend this resort. The views and the thermal springs were a sight to see. My only concern were the roads getting there from the airport. Make sure you make reservations to be picked up by the resort staff. Roads not easy to navigate for the average driver. It was an amazing Vacation.」

Only disappointment was our room didn’t have a volcano view as pictured but the room was incredible nonetheless and the main dining and pool area had a great view of the volcano. 」

「We had a very good experience with our stay. The only thing is that in room number three we had no hot water initially. We found our own hack and we figured out that when we open the sink water running there is suddenly hot water in the shower. Lol the staff is very friendly and very helpful, the food is excellent in their restaurant. I would definitely stay there again.」
