「Place was clean, friendly staff and food was fine. Service was great. Location was good. Hot springs area was good and the place is kids friendly. Great views of volcano and overall property is well maintained. Farm on site for fresh vegetables and admiring the animals. I would to choose it again.」

「We loved the staff especially Dehbar. The food was spectacular! The pools were ok, not all of them were working. We had an issue with our sliding glass door not locking. We also had an issue with reservations. The person we were speaking with was unreasonable and unaccommodating. We were overcharged double and not refunded. 」

「Before I check in they didn’t tell me that hotel doesn’t have hot water, after check in they told me that system is broke and no hot water until 8 pm but I was there 4 days I had to take shower with cold water and never had hot water several times I complained but always they had a excuse 」
