Overall, a great place to stay. The breakfast buffet had a large assortment of food options: something for everyone. The thermal hot springs were great; hottest at the top and gradually getting colder heading back to the bottom area. My only complaints; the bathroom window was missing a window slat and bugs and little lizards would come in through it, and the roof of our unit was metal so the rain storms were really loud.

Staff was lovely, food was delicious and we only ordered room service from the restaurant, I’m sure it would have even been better if we ate in! Property was beautiful and the hot springs had wonderful views. Not over crowded.

Great location and views breakfast included was good. Rooms were well apportioned nothing fancy. We enjoyed the hot springs though a few weren’t open and some weren’t as warm as hoped for. Would recommend for location and staff was excellent!

The hotel was pretty and the thermal waters were super nice! The hot pools are small though so if there are too many people, it can feel crowded. Beds could be more comfortable, but overall we were happy with our stay.

Amazing stay. Our cottage had everything we needed, the breakfast was fantastic. But the thermal pools was the best part of our stay, so relaxing. We also booked a horse ride and it was by far the highly of our trip, our group rode on the Arenal river, unforgettable memories.
