The resort is in a great location. The rooms face the Arenal Volcano, and the views are incredible! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food at the poolside restaurant is absolutely delicious!

The gym need to be updated. The old guy in the front desk was not that friendly, kinda impatient. The room is a bit dark. However, I love the hot springs, the layout is stunning and the breakfast is great!

I absolutely loved my stay at Arenal Kioro. The property felt very safe, was spotless throughout, and incredibly convenient for exploring the area. The grounds are beautiful with stunning views, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
