Our stay at SO/ Sofitel was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble to them. The room, though not large was very comfortable with a free bar for soft drinks and bottled water, replenished daily. The location of the hotel was ideal as we were only 15 mins ...
My first room had a faulty bathroom speaker which the staff tried to fix. They couldn't and failed to offer me a new room until i asked for it.
Marina Bay Sands is an excellent hotel a lived up to every bit of it's reputation. Staff were outstanding, friendly and extremely helpful. Plenty of food otions in the "shoppe"centre and also onsite at the hotel. Infinity pool is a must see.
Loved it. Our only beef was that we asked for a high room but got a mid-level one, even though the hotel was not very full.
The room is huge and well kept. The things inside the room like the microwave, coffee maker is very convenient as I can just use them anytime. The slippers and bathrobe is very comfortable and soft! The staff also gave me chocolates and a cake for my birthday.
Great location with a good view of marina bay. Service levels very high. I used the Club facilities which I really enjoyed.
Convenient to the gardens and the bay .walking distance to the bay. Room could use an update.
