hair dryer, phone are defective. Air con wind outlet is dirty.

Cosmos and Fatima were super helpful! Basically the front desk has strong team work spirits! The house keeping can be quite challenging as they don’t really speak basic English. I saw the housekeeper and asked for a bottle of water and she told me she didn’t has it and didn’t even bother to ask which room you were to deliver it. Anyway I ended getting from the gym room . Overall stay was superb and this shall be my fav hotel to book whenever I am back

The hotel is situated in an excellent location in the city. 500 metres from the entrance to the Botanical Gardens and a cool little food court called Sprouts. An easy walk to the train station takes you anywhere you want to go in the city. There is a full service grocery store right outside the station to pick up any provisions.
