The location was the best for Maxwell Food Market, Dragon Tooth Temple and Chinatown. Also very walkable to MTR stations, our major mode of transportation. The little restaurants on site were very inviting and quaint. The lounge was pleasant. We once brought take out food back to eat in the lounge to escape the crowds and heat. The staff excellent, friendly, and helpful. The room was very compact. I had to climb in to get to the inside of the bed. Also I was not aware that the kitchen area was a shared facility with another room but we never used it. I liked the lounge better. The elevator was fun altho intimidating at first as it shrieked when touched. The Kada concept seems to work. For the price, it was well worth it as Singapore is quite pricey in the accommodation field. Love the staff!!

About a 13-minute walk to the train, which is well connected to 3 different lines. Bus stations are 4-8 mins away walking. Close to attractions on interest. Internet is great for working, love the co working space. The upstairs kitchen could use more thorough

The Gardens by the Bay Orchid Domes, Cloud Forest Dome and Supertree Grove nighttime lightshow and skywalk was the highlight of our trip. So was the Singapore Zoo and the four hour City bike tour.

All visitors regardless of age require a passport for entrance. They will check it three times, 2x to enter, and once to exit. Very unusual and an inconvenience hassle.

Make reservation for 6:30 at Lavo restaurant and use their deck to see Garden by the Bay light show at 7:45 and laser light show on opposite side at 8. Prices are expensive but when you consider $50 for two up to view deck, we had dinner for $150 and got free rein if the view decks. If you drink alcohol it will be much more although Laco has three drinks on menu at 2 for 1 between 6 and 7 pm.
