Location is great for me near Maxwell MRT Station, near Chinatown and near Maxwell Food Center which is one of the Hawker Food Center in Singapore. Condiments on the fridge are free during our stay and they re-stock the fridge when you have the room cleaned. The front office team deserves special mention- Dylan was a star! And not to forget Catherine- she was also amazing! They were very hands-on, attentive, and made the entire check-in feel so welcoming. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently demonstrated professionalism and genuine care. Dylan was always so helpful and ready to help me and amma plan the day! the friendly attitude of the staff made a big difference in the overall experience. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here. The warm service and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart.
