「Good location on river」

「Quite disappointed that the swimming pool was closed during our stay, and it was only made known to us a few days before our trip. To be fair, hotel did offer alternative swimming facility in a nearby hotel but it would not be convenient to us.」

「Overall I had an excellent experience. All the staff from cleaners to front desk to concierge to door man, at the restaurant and spa, everyone seems to be friendly and professional. Also would greet every guests with a warm smile, which never felt robotic.」

「Great gym and Padel courts」

「Quiet, well looked after - a wonderful location downtown Singapore.」

「Windows are blocked and can't see the view. A bit suffocated in the room out if this. But the location is super convenient, nostalgic and the staff are very helpful.」
