「We were a family of 8 staying for the first time at The Emory and all the staff were so welcoming and kind. The hotel itself is fairly new and in a great location across from Hyde Park. The rooms are a great size and the ABC Kitchen restaurant was great for dinner and breakfast. The only down side was the roof top bar which is very small and couldn't accommodate our group size but we enjoyed a drink in the ground floor bar. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. We will be back, Thank you」

「Neues Hotel, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit moderner Küche und einer bequemen Sitzecke ausgestattet. Unser Zimmer ging zur Rückseite raus und war absolut ruhig. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Restaurant/Bar, wo auch das Frühstück eingenommen wird. Hier unserer einziger Kritikpunkt: das Angebot des (kontinentalen)Frühstücks ist unterdurchschnittlich in der Auswahl und ist verbesserungsbedürftig, die zusätzliche Auswahl z.B. eines klassischen britischen Breakfasts kostet zusätzlich 6£...

「Wonderful secluded location; clean and upgraded rooms, though not throughly modernized, which is to be expected with an older building; breakfast was fantastic; standard room is very small with no seating area, just a bed and bedroom, so keep that in mind for couples travel.」

「Hotel is newly opened, nice environment and excellent location. However, not enough caring as 5-star Hotel, can’t find TV remote control in the room, no coffee mixer / spoon, no trash in the room, only one in toilet. 「We stayed for 4 nights in the Aldwych Rm, early July, 2025. Fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated throughout! 「The service was exceptional. On the second morning I was woken by the sounds of construction taking place in the room above mine. It went on for hours. When I informed the staff at reception, with my permission they moved my things to a suite while I was out. I was traveling alone so the suite wasn't essential, but I appreciated the gesture. All of the staff was very kind and welcoming. A steak ordered from room service at 2 AM exceeded expectations. A great experience overall. 」
