Very close to three museums and tube lines and several buses. Food close by and everything was super clean. If you don't need high end amenities, this is your place.

This place was excellent. The room was clean and nice, and the bathroom was also clean and spacious. The breakfast included in my package was excellent. It’s a beautiful safe area to stay in, and everything was convenient. My only complaint was that the Wi-Fi didn’t work at all.

We were very conveniently placed for our visit to the Royal Albert Hall. It was a bit of a walk from S Kensington Tube Station,as we are in our 80's It was a very good price for central London accommodation.

Students dorms with no A/C so it can be a bit crazy during the summer, just a small fan. The room is small but comfortable and the location is very good. When checking in, two employees were insulting each other and it was a bit uncomfortable. Check out was fast and easy

The staff was very helpful and accommodating! We had an issue with the toilet flush, and it was addressed properly. The meal ticket was also adjusted to include both my cousin and me. That was very much appreciated! Everyone was very kind and the room was very comfortable! Excellent location! Thank you!

Excellent experience staff helpful and amenities adequate. Only one issue the shower drain partially blocked so a long shower was not on the cards☹️ But don’t let it put you off all good really 😉👍

We arrived very positive as the room had a kettle and nice towels and it was clean. Breakfast was good. However the mattress on the bed was dreadful, noisy, wiry and so we had two bad nights sleep. A shame but We won’t be using it again because it was so uncomfortable that we didn’t get a decent nights sleep and that spoilt our stay!
