「Very traditional and classic English hotel. I love the old style of building itself as you cannot experience in other 5 star hotel. Room is tiny but bed is superb. They seems lack of staff during night time as some of the orders took a while to be done. 」

「The staff are really nice and friendly, but the service itself is inconsistent; sometimes the staff fail to respond to requests. The rooms are good size but not spacious with issues in the design, such as window not opening because it’s blocked by curtain rail, or if you open closet door it blocks bathroom entrance, pound sound from aircon, etc. Most rooms have a terrible view, with some you cannot even open the curtain, such as room on ground floor with window overlooking hotel restaurant!...

「Our check in was easy and friendly. Mo is fantastic. Our room was nice, the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast starts at 7:30am wish it started earlier since most excursions in London start at 7:30-8:00am . They did make us an early breakfast for us that was ready at 6:30am pretty good just let them what you want, yogurt, fruits, croissants etc. 」
