The very ultimate in luxury hotels. Maybe the best in the world. Serena Acquaviva and staff are the finest, most care and deserve much credit for the excellence of this Dorchester Collection classic.

This hotel overlooks Hyde Park so it's quite expensive as you would expect. But the room we had was a great size with a perfect view of the park. Everything about the room seemed new and/or recently updated. Heated bathroom floors. A shower as good as the one in our house (extremely rare for us). Very convenient control of everything in the room from the touch screen on the phone. Friendly staff. Extensive room service menu with pretty quick delivery.

Great location. Beautiful, well equipped rooms

Travelling for a business trip. The staff are fantastic. From a friendly check in to wonderful butlers (Hamza is a legend!!) I stayed in a studio room which was very comfortable and practical for a 5 night stay with a sofa area, large desk, bar, and large bathroom.

Birthday Celebration

My stay was excellent, I had spoken with Kitti a couple of times through E-Mail about a room decoration I wanted as I was celebrating a birthday, Kitti went above and beyond to organise everything and make the room look beautiful. The hotel is very elegant, the room was very clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall my experience was excellent and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

True luxury at its finest

This boutique hotel was amazing the moment we checked in. They upgraded us once they found out we were staying with a few other couples there. No detail was overlooked from treats throughout the day to friendliness of staff. Will definitely be returning!

I was expecting a little bit more from 5 star property in Park Lane area... Room: Strong smoke smell in the room. No bath Tube. It was room for disabled people... Overole Whole hotel have bad ventelation system and was realy tired... Only positiv thing was the stuff ! Really great job. Polite and very helpfull in all questions. Every your request will be solved quicky and politle. Chek out was a little bit messy.... we reqested a car...First the worker told us that we will get a Vito car... Really??? Then when we asked for normal one he promised us S class Mercedes but he still kept repeating10 times that it will cost us 350 pounds.... Actually we told him we are ok with that.... Not nice Good Buy.....

Fantastic Weekend

Fantastic weekend stay at 45 Park Lane. An ideal location for the centre of London and Hyde Park opposite. The hotel itself is great with its Art Deco design and contemporary artwork inside. Raul and his team were so welcoming, friendly and helpful from the minute we checked in to when we checked out and returned later in the day for our luggage before heading home. We loved the flexibility to have breakfast at the hotel or The Dorchester across the road, both of which were enjoyable and different. Would certainly recommend a cocktail or two at the bar and look forward to returning again in the future.
