"We wondered why no microwave in room. Sharee at the desk explained why that was. They did add one microwave which seems pretty limited, but given most hotels in NYC don't offer them, that was nice! There is a car service available to go to the airport when you leave which was very much appreciated and less expensive than the Cab ride to the hotel! We had an unexpected situation when we left that we needed pick up at the hotel and then a stop to pick up my fiend at Mt. Sinai Hospital and one more unplanned stop at a pharmacy for the trip home! The car service driver was very accommodating for this extra stop needed! The location is GREAT! Very walkable to Times Square, Madison Square Garden, Port Authority, Penn Station... Super easy to get places walking! The staff is wonderful! I had a couple deliveries made to the hotel and it was absolutely safe and convenient! Packages were delivered to the front desk and were secure there until I came down to pick them up. The rooms were very clean and the beds so comfortable! I would definitely stay here again!"

"I would highly recommend this hotel. We had a one night stay. Our room was clean and well equipped. We had a King sized bed which was very comfortable. We even had a city scape view! This hotel is very reasonably priced. The location for food, entertainment, and transportation is excellent. I would stay at the Belvedere again."
