"Breakfast was extremely limited. There was no water access for drinking besides vending machines and in New York water is really expensive. The showers are in an extreme need of an updating there’s no ventilation fans the "

"Had some issues with our room not being ready 15 mins after checkin time, had to wait another 15 mins, then they tried to give me a room with 2 queen beds instead of a king bed, they tried to fix it but the King room wasn't ready still I had I had to wait another 20 mins. Once we got our room it was nice and clean, small but great location next to broadway theaters and times square. Would recommend others give it a shot."

"My room had two bags of dirty tiles on either side of the door upon arrival. Cleaning staff opened the door after my approved 2 PM check out and the privacy sign was on the door. The glass in my room was dirty and it took me a while to clean it before I could use it. The yogurt parfait I ordered for breakfast was curdled up upon arrival and was disgusting. Check-in staff was friendly. Most bar staff were friendly."

"Horrible experience. Anything barely works the tv didn’t work it wasn’t even smart and there’s no WiFi there no signal no nothing. The sheets were dirty, the ac unit full of dust, the fridge in bad conditions didn’t cool… well worst experience not coming back ever."

"Didn’t have a refrigerator, microwave or coffeemaker. Asked for fridge and they brought one pretty quickly. No microwave which I disliked as we had gone to Carmines for lunch and wanted to heat the food up. Asked for coffee maker and it was brought up in a timely fashion. View of the Chrysler building was beautiful. Very quiet room"

"Our room was extremely small with practically no storage space. The paint was peeling on the walls and ceiling. There were holes in the walls where a coat rack once was. The toilet was cracked and would not flush properly. The HVAC system was extremely loud and the A/C would not cool the room. The temperature went from 70 to 82 degrees. The television had no connectivity. When advised, the staff did move us to a larger room. It was bigger and slightly nicer. But, still no storage, loud HVAC and the TV was missing the electrical cord. The only saving grace was the location near Times Square and theaters. We would not go back to the Paramount."
