I enjoyed the stay here! It’s a beautiful boutique, and love details of the decorations! The space it’s also big enough to open the two 29 inches suitcase, and accommodate 2 adults and 1 child in a room. The front desk is kind and polite! The only problem we met would probably that the bottle that could use to refill the water which has good intension, had already been opened which weren’t sealed! I’m just concerning about the health problem if someone has drink from the bottles? So I think it would be good to give a new bottles at least when people check in, not leave the old bottles there.

Absolutely great hotel central, huge rooms, nuce staff, coffee shop, and great restaurant/speakeasy bar/piano bar in house with cool concerts, close to subway stops of the 1 and CE lines, very very quiet for a great location in Hell’s Kitchen close to the park, Time Square and the Theatre District, and the MoMa. Always cabs and ride-hailing services in front and garage right next to it. This is for me a 10 over 10… And I never liked to give maximum grades.
Unfortunately I do not take pictures of everything I do, I go to or experience, I keep it for me, but here is a taste of the good quality art in lobby of the Romer hotel.

The property is in a convenient location. Subway is across the street, many food options around, the area has just enough grit to make the neighbourhood interesting. The hotel rooms are large, the main floor lounge area typically has a buzz of guest activity that makes the it feel alive and not a stuffy hotel. I’d definitely consider staying again.

The size of the room was very comfortable although the bathroom was quite small in comparison. The location is great! Near to everything Times Square and theatre district but far enough that you can unwind and rest. Nice number of restaurants and places to eat. Staff very helpful and nice. The amenities are basic. I wish I selected lowest reviews when searching the reviews of this hotel. They are participating in a scam where they charge you a fine for smoking. Now, I read other reviews by people stating this, but just figured they lied, and actually smoked in the room. I was devastated to get the fine, as neither myself or my husband smoke. They will not budge on it either. This lead me to contact numerous places including the BBB to warn others. The location cannot be beat, but stay elsewhere unless you want your honeymoon ruined like ours. The room wasn’t clean and the windows are so filthy you can hardly enjoy a “city view”. Mould in shower and toilet and floors not clean. I found garbage behind both night tables from previous guests. Save your money and DO NOT STAY HERE….if you do… don’t say I didn’t warn you! Worst hotel experience of my life, and we travel frequently. Remember to go on Reddit and check out people’s horror stories from staying at Romer.

The property was nice. It was a good location for our needs. We got a suite and it had plenty of room and we enjoyed the aesthetic. There was no desk and that was a problem for me as I was working all week from the room. I wish I had known that was no desk. The doorman never opened the door for us, but just stared at his phone whenever we walked up even if our hands were full. That was frustrating. There is nowhere to put your products in the shower so we had to keep everything on the floor and that was weird. I would stay here again for vacation but not for work.

Everything from check in to check out was amazing! Friendly staff everywhere! Located in a great spot a short walk from Central Park and Times Square. The room was a great size (compared to most for NYC) and had queen beds!
