Awesome location and very well maintained. Staff was very helpful and Security was always conscious of who is coming in and going. Could add more breakfast options with the Buffet instead of limited dollar per person in the cafe at the Lobby.

Locations , front desk staff and housekeeping were great. The only think that I wouldn’t recomend was the Bar 54. I had a planned reservation and when I got there the patio was closed. I got put in the very back this was not my expectation as I was very exited about the reviews. I will recommend the hotel, but defently the Bar would be something I will recomend.

We loved our stay the the Hyatt Centric Times Square! What an incredible location, close to all the action of Times Square, but surprisingly quiet. The room was very clean and had comfortable beds. Great views and cocktails in the rooftop bar! The cafe downstairs had lots of snacks and quick breakfast/lunch options.
