Location was great, just across Central Park. However rooms are very small, old, and bathroom was tiny. Not worth the price for the condition of the hotel.

The staff were so kind and helpful, they did their very best to accommodate my early check in after a red eye flight, I was totally exhausted and they were at maximum occupancy. Amazing service, 24 hour room service, excellent food. I’m already planning my next trip back.
