「客房乾淨」

「two tiers security check experience unwelcome, the main enterance security staff has done over duty on my visit, every time I exit or enter the Hotel, same security staff only asked me for the Hotel pass, but any other guest enter to Hotel without any request on Room card,」

「All Accor messed up my booking and I have a hard time to check into the hotel. I have to check in and out for 2 times during the 3 days stay. Usually my stay used to be very good. This time, the phone and the hair dryer are not working in my room. The package I got with breakfast included was not showed in the hotel reservation. In general, the All Accor booking system made this stay a bad one.」

「我們一家四口住宿，餐點好吃，服務好。地點非常方便，在time square，但房間隔音很好，很安靜。」

「The hotel was fine, the staff was helpful and friendly, the only thing I didn't like was the aroma of the scent they pumped into the lobby - it smelled like cheap men's cologne.」

「The location of this hotel is great. Transportation and eatery are just around the corner. The front desk staff could have a little smile facing guests. After checking in, lots of guests waiting for the small elevator for a bit too long. The room is small but clean. NYC is so so hot now, no complimentary bottled water is a downer.」

「Very clean」

「Waiting for elevators took ages. Asked for house keeping at 8am, no one came to clean when I went back at 2:30 pm. Had to go down to concierge to ask for housekeeping as the call to concierge was on hold for more than 5 minutes. The concierge staff called house keeping in front of me and gave me a dirty look saying loudly to the housekeeper that the customer is complaining.」

「酒店已經每日收取設施服務費，但房間裏的燈很殘舊及損毁。健身設施器材也很殘舊及損毁，而且沒有提供任何飲水設施。已向職員反映，他們也完全沒有跟進。」
