"This was my second overnight stay in Manhattan. I chose a room on the 12th floor and we had an awesome view of the city! Our room was much larger than I expected a typical room to be. The only Improvement would be a full length mirror outside of the bathroom. The room was clean and the few staff we came in contact with we're very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again!"

"I had to listen to security then the police, try to throw someone out of the room across from me for two hours. Restaurant staff is not the most attentive and they do not seem happy to be there. Rooms are worn and torn."

"You get what you pay for. Big mistake! How about waiting 10 minutes for the water to get warm? Black grout, HVAC machines that were broken. Just very poorly run and maintained."
