「No cleaning service the entire time I was there, and the supposed two free bottles of water per day were not delivered. The bed took up virtually the entire room, which isn’t that unusual in NYC, but it means the A/C vent blows right onto the bed and makes for an uncomfortable sleep. Bed and pillows were ok, bathroom amenities were basic but fine. It was quieter than I expected, being located in the middle of lots of major sites/theaters/restaurants.」

I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. 「房間大，廁所浴室啱啱好，沖涼只有overhead shower。床好軟，房間冇樽裝水，冇熱水煲。融離房開熱水會聽到聲。但整體都乾淨，係隔音差少少」

「I can only say the location is ok. but the hotel 's facility is quite old, the door lock is not sensitive to the key card. And the bathroom hygiene situation is very bad, you can see the photos and judge by yourself. And sometime the neighbour might smoke, i call the reception few times and they said they can arrange the security to check, but waht i need is changing the room to real non smoking area, and they didn't follow up for this request. I think they have many things need to be revamped.」
