"Excellent location. Great staff. Decent room. Good bed. Very small bathroom. Tub & sink didn’t drain. After 2 calls they fixed tub. Tried but didn’t fix sink drain. "

"I’d give the Paramount Times Square a solid 3 stars. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep, which is always a plus after long days in the city. Housekeeping did a nice job and cleaned the room daily, which we appreciated. That said, the space is definitely tight. The bathroom is very small with little to no room to set your toiletries, and the side table doesn’t offer much extra space either. There is a closet with a couple of drawers and a small desk, which helps a bit with storage, but overall it still feels pretty limited. One thing that stood out right away was the lobby scent, it’s very strong and a bit overpowering when you first walk in. Also worth noting, washcloths aren’t automatically provided in the room, so you’ll need to request them. Overall, we were satisfied enough with our stay. It’s a decent option for the location, especially if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room, but just know going in that space is limited and a few small conveniences are missing."

"Arrived at 2:45 for a 3pm check in, but room was not available until 5:00. Staff was extremely apologetic and gave us comp cards for free drinks. We had bikes with us for the 5-borough bike ride, and although they were not permitted in our room, the bell staff were extremely accommodating in storing them in the luggage room. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. Our room overlooked Times Square, but it was very quiet at night. A great place to stay in a great location."

"Very good location. Currently under construction, so some walled off areas. The hotel held our luggage for us on our early arrival and late departure, and the staff was very courteous and efficient. The included breakfast is adequate. There is a very nice rooftop bar."

"Concierge couldn’t understand us very well. Also it said broadway tix were half price on the weekend but that wasn’t true. We got wayyyy cheaper on ticket master. Refillable water station on floor 18 was terrible!! Undrinkable! Sink water was better. Good location and friendly staff. Red wine was good."

"This location is perfect if you want to see a lot in a short amount of time. Its a short walk to Times Square & Broadway and many other things. Also located across from the Penn station which was convienent for getting to from the airport (I came in from Newark). Plenty close to spots with ATMs, food, & convenience stores). Room was clean every day. Staff were all very friendly & helpful. The Rueben in the Tiktok restaurant downstairs was good and came out quick. It was also open 24/7 which was great when I forgot to eat all day and realized how hungry I was late at night. All that said when I make it back to New York I will definitely book The New Yorker again. And will recommend it to others planning on going to NYC."
