"Tried to check in at 2:45pm, rooms not ready. Returned at 9:45pm to be told the room I had prepaid for was not ready because there was a “smell” and they needed to use ozone to clear it before I could go in! I am super sensitive to chemicals, so when I was having a reaction to the strong smell I returned to the front desk to ask to be moved or get a refund for one night to find another place to sleep. Short story is there was “nothing they could do” except late check out and transfer rooms next day because hotel was full.
There was no shower curtain in this room, the tv and phone did not work, so I had to go back downstairs for a second time to have maintenance come and fix it. Next day the toilet flusher panel fell off the wall; I called for maintenance and after an hour of waiting, I decided to fix it myself. When the maintenance guy did show up he said they had just called him!
The restaurant staff were friendly at breakfast, and the rooftop has a beautiful view. There were a couple of friendly front desk people, but unfortunately management did not compensate for the inconveniences, so for that reason I will not stay there again."
