We were in a rush to get to a dinner event so this turned out to be a real inconvenience. Never happened here before, so just hoping it’s a one off as we stay here somewhat often. "

"I stayed here for three nights in March 2026, and for the price, it was very comfortable. The room was tidy, the bathroom clean to my satisfaction, and the location was perfect - just a short walk to Times Square and nearby stations, so I could get around easily. I had a restful stay overall. The only downside was the breakfast - it wasn’t terrible, just not my favorite. But there are coffee shops close by That said, I’d definitely recommend it to first-time visitors looking for a budget-friendly stay in NYC."

"Ice machine was by the lobby, and one of the elevators were down, but they allowed usage of the 2 service elevators on the end of each hallway to make up for it. I was only there for 2 nights but it was comfy. The rooms were very warm but the windows open and it balanced. "

"The hotel was very accommodating to my party of seven. The rooms were not as spacious but the beds were comfortable. The walk was convenient to time square. "
