Big thanks to Joshua and his team helping us settle in on day one and for his help with the check out as well. Traveled overnight to NYC for a family event. The staff at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were modern and clean. We did not take advantage of the breakfast or visit the bar. Traffic in Times Sq was terrible but the hotel has valet parking which was expensive, but worth it.
