We visited as a family of 4 including a toddler and the stay was wonderful. Staff was fantastic throughout our stay. They were polite, accommodating and got us cabs, and extra towels/supplies for our room in a timely matter. The location was perfect as it’s very close to everything (time square, Rockefeller, Empire State Building and theatres/madison square garden). Would recommend this hotel to other visiting nyc.
