the room is small but the design is good that there are many surface areas for putting stuff, both in the desk area and the bathroom. Very clean and the free snacks bar is a bonus!

The room was small, but extremely clean. The bathroom had been renovated recently with modern fixtures and tile, and also was clean. The front desk stain was extremely helpful and efficient at check in and check out. Whenever I called the property before we checked in, I always reached a person immediately.

The place was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location couldn’t have been any better as I was in NYC for an Event at Carnegie Hall. I also enjoyed the coffee machine! Didn’t have a chance to enjoy happy hour, but did have breakfast before leaving for home and for me, the coffee was the star!

Great location, clean rooms and helpful staff. Rooms are very small, slightly larger than a cruise ship cabin, but it is New York. The bathrooms are also very tiny and tight. The bathrooms also have opaque glass on the sliding door that opens right onto the King Bed, which woke my wife up when I would get up to run in the morning. I would stay here again and the location is excellent but would opt for a little larger room with a larger bathroom offset from the room itself. It was very central to Carnegie Hall, Central Park, the Theatre District and Times Square.

Very nice stay here. It didn't even bother me that there was no coffee maker in the room because they left the coffee/cappuccino/cocoa machine available all day for use. Daily breakfast, evening happy hour with snacks, and such nice staff.
