"The hotel was nice inside the lobby. Staff was pleasant. The hallway outside our room had weird red rugs with birds on them. The room was nice though, art deco stylish decor, great soaking tub with jets, towels were rough, bathrobes were stiff, tv was difficult to figure out. There is no room service, no lounge. Bed was comfortable and sheets were very nice. View was not good even though I paid for a view, it was not anything great. The location was nice away from Times SQ. A 15 minute walk to...

"Easy check-in, and my room was ready early, which was great. The staff is professional and warm. Room completely adequate sized for one person. Two would find it pretty tight, but that's Manhattan. Love it that there's a bathtub! Bar downstairs looks cool (too tired to take advantage of it)"

"Excellent service. Chistopher, the hotel concierge was very accommodating and very patient in getting tickets for us for the Rockettes Show. The doorman, was very polite and always very helpful. The hotel was clean, the beddings felt very luxurious. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.! "
