"The hotel was very clean, safe, easy check in and out, staff was very nice and my room was ready early which was so appreciated after my long travels. It was also very quiet, and I slept so good. "
"Nice hotel in a good location for getting around the city. The only issue was Jasmine at the front desk. Let’s just say Ms Personality. We had an early flight to NYC and got to the hotel around 11 am. When we arrived we told her we knew it was early for a check in and would like to leave our bags in storage. She told us the room was ready but if we wanted to check in early she would have to charge us an extra $75. This is on top of the $877 we were already paying for a one night stay!! We opted to just store our luggage and retrieve it at check in. "
