「Thought the hotel was very good and overall stay excellent. Nice to have a quality breakfast place on site. Two things: finding your room number on the floor was very difficult. Fortunately, my wife was already in the room so I could call her and she opened the door. Second, the pillows were too big and too hard. You really need to focus on this and get them smaller, softer and more numerous. Both are simple fixes and would justify the $800 room price.」

「空调很吵 早餐有点差 马桶盖上有灰尘和头发 好在地理位置非常不错」

「The room is tidy and clean, I really enjoyed. They offer free breakfast, which tastes good and is really convenient. The most important thing is that the night is peace and you can sleep well. I just don’t know what I can complain. It’s really convenient to travel around by living in this hotel, which is close to the subway. And you can just walk around to like Times Square, apple avenue 5, MoMA」

「The room is very clean and tidy. It is a two double bed room and spacious compared the ones in New York. Just less than 5 minutes from the closest subway but the nearby environment noisy.」

「The terrace suite is spacious, and we enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The greeting staff at the entrance was so polite and cheerful. The rooftop lounge is amazing. I highly recommend if you are traveling However, when we requested an hour late checkout, the front desk staff were neither helpful nor sincere. That was the only bad experience we had before checking out.」
