Great location, reception staff were helpful in extending our stay after our flight home was cancelled, I was a little concerned when given a room on the second floor due to the general street noise of NYC on past trips staying on much higher floors in other hotels but the room was so quiet you could hear a pin drop, clean and tidy with ample space for 3 adults sharing the room. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

The hotel was in Korean town. A convenient location. The unfortunate thing was the bed was old and has obvious dent. It’s especially hard for people have back pain. We tried to change a room but was told all the beds are like that! Please update the beds.
