The first day the staff were very helpful. On checkout day our vehicle was list and it took 2 hours for the staff to find resulting in us being late for our Statue of Liberty experience. Also even though we paid all taxes & fees with Expedia, the hotel charged us an additional $350 for their taxes too.

great kitchenette in room, very useful. all areas spotlessly clean. really comfortable beds and choice of pillow types. massive flat screen TVs. Good location 1 block from well connected subway station. Walking distance to Central Park and sites on 5th Avenue. Lots of food choices locally, and reception would hold take out orders until you get down.
