ROW NYC

ROW NYC

8/10 Good
"It was clean . It wasn't luxurious but for the price it was good. It was in an excellent location for everything. The en suite door was a sliding one and when it was closed it left quite a gap which didn't allow complete privacy. There was only 6 coat hangers. Missed not having coffee making facilities in the room. There was no dressing table to apply makeup and especially to do my hair. Some of the staff could have been more cheerful. Although there are negatives we did have a fantastic holiday."

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS

8/10 Good
"The hotel lobby looks very nice and the staff is very friendly and professional. Its location is very convenient to get to the metro or Time Square. However, my room had smell and bathroom was small that I didn’t have enough space to put my supplies like makeup supplies, toothbrush, etc. We had 4 people and we ended up bringing our stuffs in and out every single day to leave some spaces in the bathroom for others to use."
