The breakfast was good the rooms were spotless although very small, great location , the gym was very limited and because it was in the basement it had a could odor. Overall the hotel was well run and the staff were very friendly! I would return. The only issue is not so much the hotels fault however the garbage and filth on the streets is very noticeable. NYC needs to do something about this , home are the days when Rudy Giuliani kept NYC safe and beautiful. I truly understand why people would not want to live in was was once a beautiful city"
