"The Hotel doesn't have a large enough parking lot. The man at the desk gave up his parking spot for me. He was great and went above and beyond for my wife and me. "

"The staff at this hotel was very kind and friendly, so it is difficult to say anything negative about our stay. My main disappointment is that the availability of a cot is listed under the hotel amenities, so I booked the room I did, in plans of requesting a cot. When I did request a cot at check in, the desk attendant said, "We don't have cots." Therefore, my son ended up sleeping on the floor. Thank goodness we had brought plenty of pillows and blankets of our own. This hotel is showing...
