This property was welcoming to pets. The room was very nice and clean. It is a very nice place to stay as a family as well. The only problem that I saw was that some of the staff could be a little more friendlier, and with a more happier look on their face.

The room was very clean and spacious, the AC/heating system was very efficient. The space truly felt like home away from home. There was a convenient shuttle that took us to the mall and anywhere that we needed that was close and it picked us up. Clean room. Good staff. Pretty good location. I think it’s a little pricey compared to other hotels of the same level. And I think parking should be free. It’s a large parking lot, not valet or anything. Otherwise great. Stayed here twice this month as a musician traveling for shows. I’ll return.

Friendly shuttle service and huge suite room. I just flew in from Tokyo. A 3-star hotel room with only 1/3 of the size in Tokyo costs more than this hotel. The shuttle service is convenient. Especially in the winter time with snow on the ground.

The breakfast was better than most I've had. The room was nice and the pool was fun, however housekeeping never came when we were gone for 7 hours so that was disappointing had no shampoo in the shower, again disappointing but outside of the failures of the staff the hotel itself was nice.

We were very disappointed with our check in. Prior to booking, we called and were told that park and fly would be $10/day. It was not mentioned that we would have to book a particular package to get that rate. We specifically were told there was nothing special we needed to do to be able to park and fly. Upon check in, we are now informed that it is $18/day or else we would have needed to book differently. This is literally the reason why we booked this hotel and are disappointed in the miscommunication. There is a sign outside the door that claims $10/day park and fly! Not sure there is anything to do now but hopefully this can be more clear for others in the future.
