「Clean room」

「We wanted a night away, last second and found The Charles. We stayed in room 100,little private cottage and it was exactly what we wanted. Well decorated,clean,quiet, private,centrally located.....Breakfast was delicious and the host was wonderful! Only suggestion I have is get a maintenance guy in there to tighten the faucets. We would definitely come back next time we're in town.」

「Room is very clean and big, having enough items, such as basic showing items, and body lotions. Staffs and manager are all nice, and its breakfast tastes good! The location is excellent, walking to downtown only needing few minutes.」

We had stayed here three other times but didn't have any issues when reserving directly with the property. This time, we reserved through Expedia and was satisfied with the price of the room through this platform; however, was misled on price expectation. According to Expedia's website, it stated total price I'd be paying, but when I checked in, the front desk charged me over almost $200 more...
