"Food and staff were very good. The beach was pretty, but not great for swimming - a little rocky and a lot of seaweed that they did not clear. Enjoyed the stay. They did a Mexican carnival on Friday night that was a lot of fun. The adult pool was nice. Would not recommend MTS travel though for your to and from airport travel - the drivers were very nice but the customer service was not. "

"Hotel is nice and very clean. Food is also good but only problem is beach!!! Because no BEACH!!!! Not at all. This hotel has no beach so pool is overfilled and you have to woke up at 6am if you want to found spot, after that you will be without umbrella and deck chair."

"This resort is stunning and clean, and the service is amazing! Be sure to ask your butler to run the bath for you :) The impression side is very serene, but if you want a little action you can pop over to the secrets side which we really enjoyed. The food and drinks were great and there was a lot of variety. The pools were heated, even the swim out had a good temperature and we used it every day. Unfortunately I did have some GI distress midway through my trip but my husband had no trouble, I assume that I ate something but cannot pinpoint what it was. Bring your own pepto/pepcid/immodium etc., they have a pharmacy but it’s pricier and doesn’t have everything. We also had a miscommunication with the spa- we had some coupons that we were told were to be redeemed with the concierge at the end of our trip but the concierge refused to take them and said we should have given them to the spa. So just confirm if you have the same situation! I had a great trip overall and would recommend this resort. "
