「We had a very nice stay! Room was spacious with a sitting area and beds were comfortable. Two pool areas were perfect for children, and food service was available to where you were sitting outside. Free breakfast had hot and cold choices, and an evening reception with snacks and drinks was an added bonus. We would come back again. 」

「Location is perfect if you like being in the center of the action. Room was clean and everything in the room worked fine. Beds were comfortable. Nice view from the room. Staff was very friendly and super helpful! Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast was good, with hot eggs, bacon or sausage, fruit, cereal, waffles every day. Some great restaurants right nearby. 「Enjoyed the hotel very much, property was clean and seemed safe. Room was clean, they cleaned it every day that we were there. Breakfast was the usual fare, everything was great. First time in Gatlinburg, a bit surprised that all the hotels charge a parking fee. Guess it’s the new norm. Still cheaper than a lot of other places that wanted $20+ (even the churches charge for parking in their lot!)」

「Just stayed the night, in late afternoon, left early in the morning. Awesome place, our room was in the second floor and I looked the river. We walked to dinner at Chesapeake, then walked up to Starbucks in the morning for coffee. Most ships were not open but, we were on a schedule and had to run. Would definitely stay again 」

「Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good....

「This hotel’s location is ultra-convenient, and the river running directly in front of it is beautiful. Our room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is nice, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The bathroom is on the small side, which may present some difficulty for anyone assisting a small child with bathing. It wasn’t a problem for our family, though. Would stay here again.」
