"Great place to stay! I traveled with my three boys and we felt very welcome. The staff—from the front desk to housekeeping—was amazing. My middle son and I ate at the restaurant every day; we stayed over Christmas, and they were open daily with smiles and great service. The wings and fry plate were our favorites! We already want to rebook for this Christmas. The only downside was the indoor pool wasn’t heated (just the hot tub), and there was a smell in the hallway on our last day. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"The hotel has a lot of amenities my kids really enjoyed the indoor water park/pool. It’s a short walk to the main parkway in Gatlinburg. Beds and pillows are super comfortable. "

"The staff was excellent and the location is perfect and within walking distance of everything. The bathroom floor could have used a mopping but they seem to do a lot of business so that’s an easy miss. I will say when it’s busy you can hear your neighbors especially if they’re loud and crazy like ours were but that’s no fault of the hotel. "
