"Hotel is in a great location near Times Square and Penn Station. Lots of shopping and restaurant options nearby. The staff was very friendly and helpful every time we interacted with them (without exception!). The hotel itself was super busy with guests but the staff seamlessly kept everything clean, organized, and running smoothly. Our room was perfect and very quiet despite all the hustle and bustle in the lobby. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Highly recommend this Hyatt Place and we’ll be back!"

"I stayed here last year so I was expecting no ac and falling apart furniture. Luckily our room was impecable, clean, ac working tooooo good, hot water in Shower and clean comfy beds. Of courseee the elevator took forever but I had patience and it was nothing. They def need a tiny fridge in the rooms that would fit. We made our own ice bucket that cost me ice daily because that also didn’t work. I would stay here again. Location is prime. "
