This is the best hotel in New York All the staff are fantastic especially quentin he is beyond helpful The rooms are lovely and its in a fantastic location. A 2 minute walk to Times square and a 10 minute walk to central park and pier 88 When i come back to NYC later in the year i will definitely be staying here again .

Very centrally placed near Times Square but just enough distance from the hubbub to be quiet. Very nice hotel - it felt as though my room had only been refurbished recently - that's how good quality it was

Staff are super helpful. The location is great. The lifts were slow or not working and the property was at full capacity so be prepared to use the stairs!
