The property was gorgeous and smelled clean the minute we walked through the doors. The front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast had an assortment of food to eat and the restaurant right next to the hotel, Amore Trattoria had great food and wonderful staff as well.

Very clean, fun atmosphere, yummy breakfast, and the location was very convenient. The only drawback was that the walls were very thin so you could hear loud conversations from the room next door or the hallway.

Exception staff, professional, friendly and helpful. Easy parking and check in. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast selections. Room was noisy, able to hear other guests talking, loud door slamming and quite a bit of street noise.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times. I have never had problems. It's very clean, the staff is very helpful. My only issue is the outside noise which makes it difficult to sleep

The room I was first put in was near the elevators and it was extremely loud, the staff was kind enough to move me to another room. The heating system in that room was not working properly, they brought me extra blankets and allowed me to leave later than required to make up for it. The breakfast here is absolutely excellent with hot choices and made to order eggs. Staff was very good.
