「Wonderful hotel and staff, loved the security feature of having to present your key to get in after 10 pm and scanning your key in the elevator to get to your floor. Beds were super comfy and the room was super clean. Very kind front desk staff. Loved the proximity to bourbon st and restaurants/shopping. 」

However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」
