「Needs to be remodeled」

「The a/c in the hallway was not cooling and there was no breakfast and we stayed there two days and we didn’t get any towels or our second night we stayed.」

「The property is not cared for. There was trash everywhere outside, weeds and tall grass, flies because of the trash. Inside, moldy spots on mattress, dust and dead bugs under the bed. Stains. The place was disgusting. I asked the guy at the front desk to remove the trash because the flies were getting in my car when I was getting stuff out. He said he’d have it done. All of it was still there when I left this morning!」

「The Church St. Inn is in an ideal location in downtown Nachitoches, LA. It’s around the corner from the main street where all the shopping and dining takes place. With only 20 rooms, the inn has a real small time feel with coffee in the morning and wine in the afternoon. It also has a small comfy lobby to hang out in.」

「Well for one thing it’s not on the lake like the picture. I thought we could fish the way it’s seen in the pictures. Staff were so kind. Room was clean bathroom very small. And we had an ant problem. But very quiet and sleep very well.」

「We noticed that when we walked barefooted on the floor the bottom of our feet were dirty, even after we washed. It would seem that the floor had not been properly cleaned. In addition, we found at least two roached in our room.」

「The house is absolutely beautiful & well kept. Our stay in the Executive Suite was wonderful! Beds are comfortable & there are plenty of extra pillows if you need. The Weeks are gracious hosts who made our stay comfortable & delightful. 」
