The staff at the front counter was friendly, check in was easy and fast thru the online process. The hotel in the other hand…old, humid, rusty bath tub…in other words, Outdated! not worth the money paid for.

It was a very easy check in and out, we were able to get in the room early for a fee but so worth it to take a nap after the drive there and before the wedding we were attending! Would surely stay here again!

Not that much. The location is incredible, the lobby has impressive architecture, the Christmas decorations were abundant, inchanting. The entire place is in dear need of a good handyman/maintenance person to power wash, do small repairs, clean the drain, remove cobwebs, etc.

Grand old hotel
