We prepaid for our room and had a guaranteed late arrival, checked in at midnight and was told our room was sold and no availability. After much discussion, they located a room for us. Booked two queen beds but received one king bed room. Not happy!!!!!

The check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The facilities was clean except the vent in the bathroom leaked rust and the air vent did not work. The casino was too smokey.

Globs of red hair in the shower. Unclean the beds felt as though there were side boards causing you to roll to the middle. One of the down pillows was so knotted and it felt like rocks. Room was damp and musty. I wont be back for a stay. I may he back to gamle

I was lied to you about the valet parking. I have the phone log. Never again. I hate liars. And 1 towel for the bathroom? Sting my much? I almost died. Took a bath and didn't have a towel for the marble floor so i slipped. Every other hotel i stayed at had 2 towels. I guess you just care about the casino and money. Greedy

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a really long time. The check in wait was long. I finally get to desk and I’m offered a pet flor room by an unwelcoming clerk that didn’t even speak when I greeted him with “good evening.” I declined the pet floor as I’m not a pet person AND my son’s allergies would suffer. I also declined a handicap accessible room. I asked for a cancellation but instead was offered an upgraded room. They gave a suite with an approval via phone. Worst mistake ever. That room felt disgusting! I didn’t want to take my shoes off and certainly refused to use that big beautiful dirty tub. The bathroom floor was dirty too. I laid towels everywhere in there to avoid my feet touching the floors. It’s not just housekeeping but maintenance issues too. The air vent is the bathroom is dusty and rusted. There’s missing caulk around the baseboards. A/c doesn’t work in the room. I’m pretty sure I wasn’t the first guest in that room that experienced a hot a humid night in that old nasty room. It’s like that around the whole hotel. Small things that would take a few minutes to fix/replace like cracked tiles, missing paint, wood scratches in elevators, and a skew of other items that could be handier to help revive an aging hotel competing with the newer nice, clean ones close by. There’s no valet outside or security. I felt unsafe with all the homeless people hanging out. I hated it there.

I got a good room. Premium viewing for the 4th fireworks. Once i got in the room the left side drawer setup of the bed was leaning and kept sliding the drawer out to where i had to use alternate sources to keep it closed. The lamp by the window was out. More than likely the bulb. The casino was ok but no waitresses came by our table but they were going through the slots without a problem. Probably will not go back but for short notice room it was ok. The homeless outside was kind of a bother and i noticed other restaurants in the area were dealing with the same thing.

The room we received had a great view as we were on 16th floor. The shower was great even though the shower head was a little low for me (5'11) Would like to have had device chargers next to bed or at least an electrical outlet

The property is in a wonderful location and has free on site parking. It has no other redeeming properties. This is not a four star property or stay. The A/C system cannot keep up with the humidity in the room. The room feels damp and has an odor. There is mold growing on the furniture. The A/C has blown dust into the walls where it has collected. You are charged a "resort fee" every day of your stay yet they don't clean your room during your stay. The desk told me to call housekeeping if I needed a replenishment of coffee, etc, or if I needed the room cleaned. I called and got a machine. I left a message asking that the room be serviced. They never did it. They didn't have a bath mat or wash cloths. The only garbage can/ waste basket was in the bathroom. You have to put your garbage in the hall of you want it emptied. Obviously, we were very unhappy with our experience at Bally's. The owners should fire every member of the management team.
