My room was comfortable and clean. The shower panel jets and rainfall shower head.had great water pressure and the overall bathing experience was like a spa each and every time. I loved it. The front desk staff provided exceptional customer service with a smile and spoke english when needed. Location was also great as there were convenient stores and restaurants a short walk away in addition to nearby access point to the train station. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend and would not hesitate to book again.

This one exceeded my expectations. I paid a reasonable price for the rooms and got what felt like a 4/5 star hotel experience. The facility is beautiful and rooms have awesome lighting. Most hotels I stayed in in Japan had smart lighting, but this hotel really did a great job with hue and brightness.

There is nothing negative to say about this hotel. Everything was perfect. The location was great with close proximity to Gojo train station. The breakfast was very good but make sure you arrive early enough so you have time to sit down and have a relaxed meal as you have to leave by 10 am on the dot. A special shout out to Ryuichiro who welcomed us for breakfast with a big genuine smile. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay a very pleasant one.

Rooms are clean and come with essentials like razors and toothbrushes and extra chargers. Vouchers for free breakfast buffet are given for every day of stay, and the food is good! One stop from Kyoto station so very convenient. Also walkable to nishiki market and major shopping. Staff was helpful with forwarding luggage to Tokyo. Would stay again
